• What all started on a Small Back Road Store Front in the Middle of Greer Sc, for Owner Joshua Simmons has now lead to a 2500 SQFT building in his Small Town centrally located in Beautiful Historic Downtown Greer Sc. Now For over 6 years, Owner Simmons now serves the Upstate With Affordable Trendy Fashions from sizes Small all the way to 3XL! He Takes pride in His brand and welcomes you to shop with us!

 

Meet the owner:

           Wow! Where do I start? 

I Never seen This Chapter in my life Coming. For years, I worked for my family's business. My dad was a local Car Dealer Who owned a very successful Dealership. I had a vision one day to take over my father's business in hopes to keep the family business going for another 30 Years But I truly think God had a different plan for me in the Sales Field. See Sales has always ran in my blood and it's something I enjoying doing. It's something about making that sale and building a relationship in the process of helping that customer! while working for my dad I was a Part time Manager Working for a Hotel. I really enjoyed Hospitality and Later Moved forward Full time Being the General Manager For the Hotel. But, I ended back up again working for my dad and Decided to Open My own Business! its like Something kept calling me back in sales. So Here we are.....

 

Fast forward to How I started The Hanger Boutique. I had just had Back surgery in 2017 and I Remember Laying there a few days after the surgery and I looked at my husband and told him "I found a building for Rent on Facebook and I needed to get it!" I made the appointment to view the building & We jumped in the car and one hour later we had secured the Building! I had no idea what I was going to open, Crazy Right? I made a few phone calls to my family and close friends and everyone was so supportive since that day! I can remember making my first sale on opening day! I just knew GOD told me to GET THE BUILDING and that's what I did. I have always enjoyed Clothing and Spending Money! So 6 years later Here we are. I couldn't be more thankful for All of my customers! we offer sizes from Small to Plus Sizes at affordable prices and we are known for that! I don't think Fashion should be expensive and truthfully, It should be affordable and fun! when I did my business plan in the beginning I wanted to create a place for EVERYONE to Come shop and feel themselves! I wanted The Hanger Boutique to become a place for a one Stop Shop! I wanted it to be something different that no one could ever possibly offer in the Upstate.

 

It's not everyday that you get to walk into a Woman's Boutique and find out it is owned by a Male. But when you enjoy what you do and you are good at it, Then you just Roll with it and that's what I will continue to do as long as I am able to! Some of my greatest friendships started when I opened this Store and I really consider all of my customers Family!
